What to expect at your in person office visit

You will complete the initial office paperwork if new

After entering your information into the medical record you will be brought back for your visit.

You will have a in person one on one visit with a physician, with knowledge about cannabis.

Your health history will be reviewed along with your medication list to look for the best options for your health.

Once your questions have been answered, we will give a sheet with our cannabis recommendations for you to take with you to the dispensary.

At the conclusion of the visit you will pay with card or cash.

Directions will be given to you on how to submit the paperwork to the State.
What to expect at your telemedicine visit

You will schedule your appointment.

You will complete the initial office paperwork online.

You will receive a zoom link to log into your online appointment.

Once logged in, you will be in the virtual waiting room. (at times the physician may be a few minutes behind as he finishes up with other visits.)

When the physician logs in, they will take your payment with a card and the visit will start.

You will have a virtual one on one visit with a physician, with knowledge about cannabis.

Your health history will be reviewed along with your medication list to look for the best options for your health.

Once your questions have been answered, we will give you directions on how to submit the papers to the State.

At the conclusion of the visit, your paperwork will be uploaded to your personal patient portal.

You will then log into your patient portal to retrieve your paperwork you will submit to the State.
